Detailed Job Description

Develops and oversees community partnerships of the Volunteer & Service-Learning Center, including managing OrgSync operations. Processes partnerships, trains and orients partners, conducts assessments, identifies and recruits new partnerships, performs site visits, advertises for volunteers, produces newsletters and other communications for community partners, coordinates service projects, etc. Advises student service council on community partnerships and aids in coordinating partnership meetings, retreats, etc. Coordinates correlating events such as service fairs, partner network meetings, service-learning classroom presentations, service-learning partnership development, etc. Manages the UV You Can food pantry, coordinates the Giving Tree and Sub for Santa programs, participates in other initiatives of the Center including the University Project, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with an bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or a combination of education and experience totaling four years.

Preferred Qualifications


Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
Knowledge of desktop applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.),


Skill in public speaking, managing relationships, working with others.
Skill in providing excellent customer service.
Skill in productive time management.
Skill in the use of technology on a daily basis.


Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
Ability to learn software programs quickly.

Pay Range

$31,554 to $42,072 annually
