The Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management will plan, administer, manage and evaluate operational, financial, and personnel activities of the Division which encompasses Student Activities and Greek Affairs, Student Government, Student Health Services, Financial Aid, University College, Enrollment Management and Internship Development and Career Services. This position reports to the President and is a member of the President’s Cabinet.
It is critical that the successful candidate provides vision, leadership and strategic direction to the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management in support of the academic mission of the University. The successful candidate must be dedicated to collaborating with University leadership, faculty and staff to advance student enrollment and retention of students.
Interested candidates must have earned a master’s degree (doctorate preferred) in higher education, student personnel , or related field, with ten (10) years progressively responsible experience in higher education; must have leadership skills to manage multiple units; must have professional experience in working with multi-ethnic and multi-cultural first generation college students, and must possess a strong commitment to providing programs and services that advance retention rates for all students. Candidates must demonstrate direct experience and significant expertise in the area of student affairs and have the ability to analyze student enrollment data, and trends to advise the President on strategic enrollment decisions.
Doctorate degree in higher education, student leadership, enrollment management or related field. Master’s Required.
