This faculty position is contingent on the incumbent maintaining a VA staff physician position at the John Cochran VA Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. An M.D. degree and board certification or board eligibility in internal medicine and nephrology is required. The faculty member will have demonstrated skills in teaching, supervising and evaluating nephrology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students in inpatient nephrology consultations, outpatient nephrology clinics, and the care of chronic dialysis patients, and will participate fully in the teaching, research clinical and other academic activities of the Division of Nephrology.
