Responsible for implementation, administration, and top-tier support of enterprise information technology systems related to faculty, student learning, and other academic application. Resolves issues or conflicts that impact faculty, students, and other campus departments by applying a high degree of ingenuity. Manages system security, data extracts/imports, and other administrative systems functions for enterprise academic learning systems. Monitors data integrity and confidentiality. Tests systems functionality to ensure application integrity and responsiveness. Plans and implements system and feature upgrades. Communicates system upgrades/changes/issues to clients.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree plus three to five years of related experience, including two years of supervisory experience OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling at least seven years.
