Job Description:

Provides administrative and clerical support to staff in Student Activities; prepares complex forms and reports. Supervises Student Club Leaders in regard to appropriate expenditure and requisition processes. Oversees the student activities budget; manages budget, purchase requisitions, service contracts and fund transfers in accordance with college policy. Prepares payroll for the Student Activities staff and students.  Assists in the administration of the Textbook Assistance Program. Manages locker rentals.  Supervises work study student employees.

  • Three years experience in office management/administration; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; must be proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of student information systems a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures; excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and maintain flexibility
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff and student population
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, while managing short-and long- term projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment

Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
