The Computer Science Department at Worcester State University invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach 1 or 2 of the following for the Fall Semester:
CS 120 – Microsoft Applications (3 credits)
Learning state-of-the-art application packages including but not limited to spreadsheets and database software. (The course covers Excel and Access applications)
CS 135 – Programming for Non - CS Majors (3 credits)
Introduction to programming. Emphasis on practical skills, working with data sets, doing analysis and visualization. (The course uses Python programming language)
Applicants must possess a Masters degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. Previous teaching experience is highly desirable, and professional experience in the networking field is also desirable.
