Detailed Job Description

Under the direction of the Vice President of Finance and Administration, provides strategic leadership, coordination, and administrative oversight to the integrated facilities planning, physical plant management, and real estate functions of the university and its various ancillary locations.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a master’s degree related closely to the area of responsibility and three years full-time experience in a strategic administrative function, OR a bachelor’s degree related closely to the area of responsibility and five years full-time experience in a strategic administrative function.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduation from a regionally accredited institution with a terminal degree plus a minimum of five years of recent experience in a higher education strategic leadership role, including management of departments and programs.

Skill in business and financial planning and management.
Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

Skill in organizational planning, structuring and staffing.
