Reporting to the Director of Grant Management, will assist with oversight of day-to-day grant activities, including providing reports, updating Project Directors/Coordinators and staff on deadlines and reporting requirements, processing invoices in timely and efficient manner and adhering to financial procedures in the college. Responsible for coordinating all grant finances, data collection and reports. Designs and prepares statistical and budget reports as requested. Manages project accounts; reviews and reconciles charges and forecasts balances.
This position will also have the primary responsibility for managing a $2.1 million sub-grant under the under the U. S. Department of Labor Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training Program. 50% of time will be devoted to this subcontract, and the other 50% to other grant management responsibilities as assigned.
