Clinical Assistant Professor or Assistant/Associate Professor with preference for undergraduate teaching experience.
Nursing curriculum development, teaching theory, clinical and simulated laboratory courses in nursing and service to the School of Nursing.
Earned master’s degree in nursing or master’s degree in non-nursing plus at least 12 hours towards a master’s in nursing. Prefer FNP or DNP. At least three years of classroom teaching experience in nursing education (baccalaureate program experience preferred). Experience in curriculum design and program development; program assessment, review and accreditation; and experience with varied instructional methods, including distance education, online instruction and simulation instruction. Eligible for registered nurse licensure in Texas. A record of accomplishments in teaching, scholarship and service in a school of nursing.
