2. Develop system administrator expertise for the GAELPerform (Halogen) e-appraisal software. Answer user questions and troubleshoot problems faced by users; maintain regular updates of the Halogen User and Participant centers; assist with the design and delivery of tutorials for new and existing users; communicate with Halogen technical support to clarify issues and resolve problems; assist with statistical analysis of annual performance review outcomes; assist with collecting user feedback and implementing process improvements.Provide administrative support for the College staff recognition strategy. Maintain records and convey information about recognition criteria and events; handle required forms, applications, nominations, disbursements, etc. as applicable.
3. Provide a full range of clerical and administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, typing meeting notes, preparing correspondence, proof-reading documents, developing tracking systems, processing stipends and contracts, maintaining files, and other administrative duties as assigned by the DLOE.4. Maintain LOE and GAELPerform webpages; develop expertise in Salli (or other appropriate web-creation program); remove outdated information and replace with current descriptions of professional development opportunites; assist with layout and content improvements.
