The Manhattan College School of Business, an AACSB accredited school, seeks applicants for tenure track or visiting faculty positions in Computer Information Systems and Business Analytics, beginning in Fall 2014. Rank will be commensurate with qualifications.
Candidates with a doctoral degree in information systems, decision sciences, business statistics or a related field are encouraged to apply. Candidates with a graduate degree and strong relevant business experience are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must provide evidence of teaching effectiveness, research accomplishments, and/or relevant work experience.
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in various areas of information systems, business statistics, quantitative methods, business analytics and business intelligence, engaging in scholarly activities, engaging with the business community and participating in campus and off campus activities. The successful applicant will collaborate with the Business School faculty in developing interdisciplinary curriculum and research initiatives to help advance the school’s mission of excellence in teaching and scholarship.
