To provide administrative support to the faculty and the department chair of Management and Leadership and in the College of Business and Public Management.
Staff the front desk in the building by greeting the public, answering phones, distributing mail, provide assistance to students, faculty, administrators and visitors. Support all full time and adjunct faulty in the Leo Hall building with typing, copying, faxing, and class preparations, as requested. Order Supplies for the Leo Hall building programs and faculty. Order the desk copies needed for the management, health services management, and gerontology courses. Provide logistical support needed for Management and Leadership faculty searches and to the chair of the Management and Leadership Department. Issue purchase requisitions and track purchase orders. Act as a liaison with facilities management to ensure that the facilities and technology are conducive to teaching and learning. Issue check requisitions. Provide other assistance as needed to the faculty, staff, and administrations.
High School Diploma, familiar with Banner, and proficient in Excel and Word Processing
Work Experience in similar positions and Higher Education level.
The hiring range for this position is dependent upon qualifications and departmental equity.
