Yeshiva University, a NCAA Division III institution and part of the Skyline Conference, located in New York City is seeking applicants for a Head Men’s TennisCoach. Duties include, but are not limited to: recruitment of new student athletes, retention of current players, academic support, practice and match preparation, communicating effectively with team members, recruits and administration, and compliance with all NCAA Division III, Skyline, ITA and institutional policies & procedures. In addition, the coach will be expected to immerse oneself and understand and emphasize the mission of Yeshiva University and hold the program and student-athletes therein to the same standards set forth by the entirety of the institution.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree, at least 3 years experience playing and/or coaching tennis at the collegiate level, understanding of the technical aspects of tennis and match tactics, proven ability to motivate collegiate student-athletes, ability to work various hours, including nights and weekends throughout the year for practice, matches and recruiting. The chosen candidate will possess excellent  written/oral communication, as well as demonstrate strong organizational skills.  

This is a part-time, 10 month position.
