The Department of Occupational Therapy at Worcester State University invites applications for a full-time, 9 month academic year, tenure track position in an accredited Bachelor of Science in Occupational Studies/Master of Occupational Therapy program beginning September, 2014


Qualified applicants should have a Ph.D, Ed.D, or ScD in occupational therapy or a related field, or provide proof of significant progress towards the terminal degree..  The successful candidate will demonstrate clinical and teaching experience in pediatrics in varied contexts.  Duties will include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, advising, and ongoing involvement in Department and University committees. The candidate must be eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts. Most of the faculty members in the Occupational Therapy Department continue to work in clinical practice while teaching and are strongly committed to participation in university, community, and international service.
