Managers in this capacity are responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the Client Service Center (CSC) including student advising, registration, and student retention in order to help Continuing Education meet or exceed its revenue and performance objectives.

A bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution is [required].
Successful candidates will have all or some of the following experience in: call center environment, student/customer advising on educational programs and supervisory experience [preferred]. Candidate must be have the ability to meet the demands of a diverse student population.
Salary: $35,498 - $55,964 yearly
