This position provides marketing, program, and business development support to the UX Certificate and User Experience Center. The Executive Program Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of events, classes, implementation of the marketing plan involving database maintenance, business development, and email and social media campaigns, interfacing with other university departments, facilitating activities, serving corporate visitors and may supervise the day to day activities of workstudy students and/or Department Assistants.
Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 – 4 years of work experience, including demonstrated experience working with marketing outreach. Solid computer skills required Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.) as well as Publisher, Drupal, Salesforce or event management software a plus. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Highly developed project management skills are essential.
Ability to work, on occasion, earlier and/or later than regular business hours.
