Detailed Job Description

Under general direction, coordinates the Executive Master of International Business Program; coordinates course materials; serves as a liaison with the student body and faculty; manages the International Business Honor Society and International Business mentoring programs; coordinates study abroad programs for both graduate and undergraduate students; coordinates events and other administrative duties.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree; supplemented with two (2) years of work related experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinates the Executive Master of International Business Program; schedules courses; implements weekend classes; maintains student records and student admissions data; works with faculty; mentors students; and assists with recruitment activities.

Coordinates undergraduate and Executive study abroad programs; markets, recruits, plans, and implements study abroad trips; serves as point person with vendors; maintains files, budget, and paperwork; assists with pre-departure orientations and planning; and assists with program review.

Serves as liaison with undergraduate and Executive student body; provides student services; addresses student issues; provides student support; manages undergraduate International Business Student Honor Society and International Business student mentoring programs; conducts the undergraduate International Business scholarship application process; and coordinates the summer academy for high school students.

Performs administrative duties; ensures paperwork is up-to-date; and completes budgets and payments for various study abroad trips and summer academy.

Performs other duties as assigned.
