The Enrollment Marketing Manager will develop local, national, and international marketing and communication strategies to engage prospective students and drive the enrollment process. They will play a key role in the management of technology-based initiatives to improve recruitment, marketing, and student engagement strategies. The Enrollment Marketing Manager will ensure timely deployment of marketing initiatives to support new programs. In addition, they will monitor, and evaluate performance metrics for conversions from leads to enrollment. Finally they will conduct analysis on marketing and enrollment management reports to analyze trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
Experience in marketing, recruitment and communication in a higher education setting is strongly preferred.
Solid working knowledge of current technologies used in strategic marketing including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), pipeline communications and Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Authors and executes annual strategic marketing plan for enrollment process from lead generation through new student orientation. Focus is on the recruitment of new students using a full range of new and traditional media including electronic and print advertising, event marketing, website content management through a CMS, integrated SEO and SEM, and direct marketing using mail, email, video, webinars and social media, and mobile apps.
Collaborate with internal staff and administrators to develop content for core messages around Parker University academic programs
Oversees the marketing budget for external lead generation.
Oversees marketing efforts of outside vendors that have been contracted to provide advertising and recruitment services.
Provide strategic marketing input to other initiatives/programs as they are introduced.
Oversees the development, design and maintenance of enrollment webpages, including the navigation and content, using SEO principles.
Oversee all aspects of the creation, development, design, editing, updating and assessment of all enrollment correspondence and marketing initiatives.
Develop and employ relevant analysis and metrics across the spectrum of enrollment marketing and communications activities to measure effectiveness and advance continuous improvement in the marketing functions.
Conducts regular audits of all enrollment marketing materials.
Proactively suggest marketing tactics, including, but not limited to social media, advertising, public relations, e-marketing, and promotional event marketing activities designed to help reach enrollment goals.
