Detailed Job Description

This position is responsible for developing relationships and increasing students participation in the High School Bridge (HSB) Programs. Responsibilities includes advisement, recruitment and other support services to school district professionals and administrators; providing transitional support for students from high school to regularly admitted and non-matriculated status at the university. The Program Representative supports WSU Tri-Cities (WSUTC) HSB Programs to prospective students and families. This positions requires the ability to travel and work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends).

Required Qualifications

Positions require a Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of professional work experience in student services. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year‐for‐year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree
Bilingual
Experience in academic advising
Familiar with NACEP (National Association of Concurrent Enrollment Programs) standards and policies

Monthly Salary

$3,500.00
