Political Science: Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor in American Politics/Public Law for the 16/17 Academic Year.
Searching for a colleague to teach courses that include Introduction to American Government as well as courses in public law and judicial politics; advise pre-law students.
Ph.D. at the time of appointment in political science or a related field for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor; ABD for appointment as an Instructor. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, temporary resident (admitted for residence as an applicant under the 1986 immigration amnesty law), refugee or asylee.
Some teaching experience in the courses to be taught either as sole instructor or as a teaching assistant. Some research experience in the area of teaching interest.
