Under the direction of the Testing Services Director, coordinates a variety of projects and assignments relating to the administration of the Testing Center. Coordinates faculty services by developing positive relationships with departments, instructors, and students. Collects data and prepares statistical and budget reports.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or a combination of education and experience totaling four years.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications used in a testing environment.
Knowledge of testing procedures, protocols, and security measures before, during, and after exams.
Knowledge of customer service practices and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Skills in office methods, techniques, practices, and procedures.
Excellent skill in communicating verbally and in writing.
Skill in escalating/delegating critical issues.
Skill in conflict resolution.
Ability to perform a variety of office duties with minimal supervision.
Ability to meet and deal with the public/clients effectively.
Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
Ability to collaboratively work as a team member to reach common goals.
