This is an administrative-faculty position. The faculty role requires teaching in the Organizational Leadership Programs at the graduate and undergraduate level (as needed). The primary administrative role for this position is to monitor and assess courses as they are being taught. This role will also provide continuous improvement recommendations on the design of courses. Other administrative duties may be assigned.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Must have doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership or related field. Must have post-secondary teaching experience, preferably with adult student population. Should be detail oriented. Must have good communication skills (oral and written).
