Saint Mary's College invites applications for a full-time marketing coordinator, who will assist the associate and assistant directors for marketing and stewardship in executing select print and online annual giving and athletic direct-response solicitations, print and online marketing collateral for alumni and athletic fundraising events and other print and online marketing and communications efforts as needed. Serve as the College's liaison to the third-party telefundraising vendor, including developing and managing Saint Mary's phonathon strategy to ensure that fundraising revenue goals are metDevelop phonathon calling scripts to promote a wide variety of College fundraising priorities.Request print project quotes from and manage project execution with outside vendors. Recommend, request and oversee the accuracy of list selections and segmentation for print, email and phonathon communication and outreach. Help maintain and update the development and alumni association web pages. Perform other duties as assigned.The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the mission of the College, which is informed, animated and expressed through its Catholic, Lasallian and Liberal Arts traditions.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Two years work experience in communications, specifically in print and/or web marketing developing content, writing and editing for print and electronic communications. Telefundraising experience preferred. Higher education or non-profit experience also preferred. The successful candidate possesses superior and diverse written communication skills and an extremely high attention to detail and quality, demonstrated project management skills, strong analytical skills, a creative mind and good eye for graphics, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a good sense of humor. Other skills include excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with colleagues, senior administrators, donors, alumni volunteers, and students; displays mature judgment and superior diplomatic skills; and highly developed listening, as well as, excellent verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs (especially Word and Excel) and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Constituent management software (Colleague/Datatel) and event management software experience preferred. Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
