Provide administrative support in application, maintenance and processing of student, faculty and/or staff policies and procedures.
Manage and coordinate administrative and office functions.
Act as a liaison with University campus offices and educational partnerships. Applicant management, including letters of acceptance, cancellation progress, and status updating.
Schedule classroom and meeting space on campus.
Assist with building courses for term and semester offerings.
Serves as first point of contact for prospective students responding to marketing and advertising.
Assist with postings on various social media outlets.
Responsible for processing finance and accounting records such as reimbursements, requisitions, purchase order tracking, monitoring of approvals, checking order status, maintaining log data, and accepting goods/services upon receipt in Colleague.

Oversee newsletter and other work study projects.
Other duties as assigned by director.
Excellent oral, written and analytical skills
Ability to plan and organize work
Excellent customer service skills Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Colleague (preferred)
Experience with non-traditional students preferred
High School Diploma and
Two years’ administrative experience
Any equivalent combination of education and experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
Ability to work weekends as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Administrative experience, higher education administration experience and experience with non-traditional students preferred.
