Detailed Job Description

The Coordinator, Fitness Services assists with management and execution of personal training, fitness consultations and counselings, and incentive programs at the Student Recreation Center, Student Activity Center at Presidential Village, and the Aquatic Center.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience; OR Master's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a valid nationally recognized personal training certification by a National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accredited certifying organization or be able to obtain a certification within three (3) months of hire. CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 weeks of hire date. Valid U.S. driver's license required. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Physiology or other health related field. 57 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 32614.44 Midpoint - $ 47299.20
