Coordinates and implements the faculty development of Concurrent Enrollment instructors. Responsibilities include developing programs that support Concurrent Enrollment faculty, supporting Concurrent Enrollment initiatives, and keeping in compliance with the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnership (NACEP).

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a directly related field of study or a combination of education and experience totaling four years.

Knowledge

Knowledge of professional development, training, and continuing education strategies.

Knowledge of Concurrent Enrollment and associated data.

Knowledge of event planning.

Skills

Skills in office methods, techniques, practices and procedures.

Skills to work independently on a multi-task level and prioritize and follow projects through to completion.

Skills in the use of computers and computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and databases.

Abilities

Ability to perform, manage, and supervise a variety of data collection, entry, and tracking duties with minimal or no supervision.

Ability to foster relationships with instructors, community leaders, department chairs, and office support staff.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work with diverse personalities in a high stress environment.

Ability to be well organized.

Pay Range

$30,052 - $37,565
