Detailed Job Description
Responsible for the oversight of the registration , coordination of the management/infrastructure systems with key institutional partners (such as UA offices for admissions, registrar & SIS services, & student receivables), as well as the supervision of the enrollment team staff for the Academic Outreach division of the College of Continuing Studies.
Additional Department Summary:
The Enrollment coordinator will have the primary responsibility of the coordination, management and implementation of the the Bama By Distance Student Services recruitment and communication plan and will maintain interactions with potential students via communication campaigns. The Enrollment Coordinator will also manage regularly scheduled surveys, collect data, and alter campaigns for efficiency. In addition the coordinator will create reports from the customer relationship management system in order to better assess student progress so that recommendations can be made to ensure successful degree completion.
Required Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, communications, education, or other related field of study with a minimum of two years administrative work experience in a higher education setting working with academic registration/ student records, and/or registrations which has resulted in a demonstrated high level of knowledge and competency in working with relevant institutional infrastructure; OR a minimum of two years of post-secondary education business, communications, education, or other related field of study with a minimum of three years administrative work experience in a higher education setting working with academic registration/ student records, and/or registrations which has resulted in a demonstrated high level of knowledge and competency in working with relevant institutional infrastructure. Proficiency in the operation of personal computers. Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and establish relationships with diverse groups of people.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:
Willing to work days, some nights, and some weekends. Willing to travel to recruitment events in and out of state. Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report as determined by the insurance carrier.
Skills and Knowledge:
Experience with UA's customer relationship management system,Talisma, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to supervise staff. Higher education recruitment experience. 57 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 32614.44 Midpoint - $ 47299.20
