Under the general direction of the Five-Week Program Directors, and working closely with the Five-Week Summer Performance Program Office, the Attendance Manager is responsible for collecting and organizing attendance data for Five-Week students, as well as enforcing attendance policies and communicating with parents as needed.
Duties will include:
logging attendance data submitted by teaching staff
meeting with absent/late students to firmly enforce attendance policies
communicating with parents regarding student attendance matters
communicating with and following up with teaching staff regarding attendance issues
Customer service background, excellent communications skills strongly preferred.
General clerical skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated capacity to develop & maintain effective working relationships with individuals & organizations reflecting a broad range of identities, perspectives & experiences.
Computer literacy in Mac, PC required.
Experience in music education.
