Detailed Job Description

The Athletic Support Assistant will work with the Athletic Department staff and student athletes. The incumbent will assist in the everyday duties as specified by the sport or department they are assigned to.

Additional Department Summary:

The Strategic Operations Assistant is responsible for fulfilling data management needs, providing analytical support, and completing day-to-day operational needs for the Athletics Marketing and Trademark Licensing Department, along with other areas of the Athletics Department as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field, OR individuals currently enrolled in college completing their undergraduate studies.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to work nights and weekends.

Skills and Knowledge:

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other related software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Sports Management, or equivalent or a Master's in Business, Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Sports Management, or equivalent. One year of experience working within an intercollegiate athletics department and/or licensing industry organization in a licensing, marketing and/or communications role.
