Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, health care, and service, is seeking applicants for a Clinical Faculty member, non-tenure track position in Catholic Leadership beginning July 2016.

Responsibilities include responsibility for leadership of all operational aspects of the Billiken Teacher Corps (BTC) including recruitment, acceptance and
integration of candidates into the program; scheduling of coursework; overseeing
the spiritual and community aspects of the program; and serving as the key point
person for the BTC. The clinical faculty member will also serve as the advisor for
all post baccalaureate students working toward teacher certification in the School
of Education, engage in research projects, assist sacramentally in the St. Louis
Community, and assist with fund raising.

Required qualifications include an earned masters degree or doctoral degree in
Catholic Leadership or a related field; experience in Catholic education; and the
ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students. Preferred knowledge
and experience with Catholic education programs, formation and support of
intentional faith communities, and work with alternative teacher education
programs are preferred. Candidate should have a commitment to educational
improvement and social justice.
