Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Development Services, creates reports and lists from databases. Uses web based research tools to update constituent data in the Raiser’s Edge. Processes gifts and other Development Services functions as needed.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field plus one year of experience directly related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of higher education and work experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years.
Programming skills preferred.
Knowledge of databases and data management.
Knowledge of creating reports, lists, and other large data manipulation. techniques and procedures.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel.
Access and other database understanding
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and information.
Ability to understand complex data functions
