Responsible for the operational management and administration of the Office of the Senior Registrar including catalog production, curriculum implementation, graduation, registration and records, Wolverine Track programming, scheduling of courses, and the Veteran Student Success Center.
Graduated from an accredited institution with a master’s degree in a directly related field, plus four years of experience related to the Summary of Duties of the position or any combination of higher education and/or experience totaling ten years.
Knowledge of curriculum and program development, academic policies, and graduation policies.
Knowledge of course scheduling and room scheduling strategies and techniques.
Knowledge of Banner Student Information System or other campus software.
Knowledge of supervisory techniques and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of Degree Works or other Degree Audit Software.
Knowledge of best practices for Veteran Success Centers and Veteran Educational benefits.
Knowledge of AACRAO Guidelines for FERPA and Records Retention.
Skills in writing, editing, and oral communication.
Skills in complex decision–making and problem-solving.
Skills in office methods, procedures, and equipment.
Skills in planning and organizing production calendars and time-tables.
Skills in developing training materials and organizing and conducting training sessions.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and follow through on projects to successful completion.
