Instructor/ Coordinator of EDP field placements and partnerships in the Department of Educational Psychology and Partnership Office in the division of Education, Health & Society. (non tenure track)
Teach courses in Educational Psychology (EDP); facilitate partnerships with schools for School Psychology student placements, internships, practicum and related applied experiences; work with School Psychology faculty and schools to place students for field placements, practica, and internships; facilitate partnerships with schools and organizations related to special education student placements (i.e., field placements, student teaching, etc.); report to and collaborate with Director of EHS Partnerships to facilitate EDP related relationships with schools, organizations and other external partners; liaison for EDP adjunct instructors, including student teaching supervisors; serve of EHS Field Placement/internship committee; collaborate with Career Services and Office of Community Engagement.
Specialist (Ed.S) or masters with earned degree in school psychology or special education; previous experience supervising school psychology students in the field (e.g., practicum/internship) or special education field placements/student teaching; Ohio state licensure required; experience working with multicultural and/or diverse populations; previous school psychological or teaching experience in the P-12 school environment.
Previous experience developing and facilitating school partnerships between K-12 settings and the university. Candidates should possess an extensive knowledge of, and working relationship with, school districts within the southwestern region of Ohio.
