Teaching 15 hours of German language, literature, and culture.
Full-time one-year Instructor of German. Appointment to begin August 16, 2016. The applicant should have the Ph.D. or be ABD in German or Comparative Literature, with expertise in Age of Goethe / 18th century German literature and culture. Native or near-native fluency required. The successful candidate is committed to excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching at the M.A. level.
