Under the general direction of the Store Manager and the Director of Retail Operations, the incumbent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the WSU retail outlet in Seattle, WA. The incumbent performs administrative duties, manages assigned personnel in the absence of the store manager, and provides on-site sales leadership. Assist with the operations, maintenance and fulfillment of the WSU Connections website business.
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and two (2) years of progressively responsible relevant experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Experience in cash management and inventory control.
Experience with retail floor merchandising and stock control procedures.
Strong interest in higher education and the ability to educate staff on unique atmosphere and expectations of the WSU store.
Familiarity with WSU.
