Informs all students, advisors, faculty, and staff of university policies and procedures relating to all graduation requirements. Responsible for the final approval of all degrees that are granted. Responsible to award degrees, reviews enrollment applications and creates and issues all diplomas.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree plus 2 years of experience; or a bachelor’s degree; or any combination of education and experience totaling four years.
Graduation with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and two years of experience related to the Summary of Duties related or any combination of education and/or experience totaling six years.
Knowledge of content and curriculum.
Knowledge of graduation requirements.
Knowledge of student advisement methods and techniques.
Skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database software, the Microsoft Office Suite, and Banner.
Skills in filing and records management.
Skills in training and supervision.
Skills in conflict resolution.
Ability to work independently on a multi-task level.
Ability to prioritize and follow-through to completion.
Ability to work with diverse personalities as well as management personnel.
