Detailed Job Description

Takes tickets, helps patrons locate seats, provides information on events, assists in parking areas, clears arena, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation with a high school diploma or GED.


Knowledge in problem-solving.


Interpersonal verbal communication and decision-making skills.

Excellent customer service skills.


Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.

Ability to meet and work with people of diverse backgrounds.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Able to be attentive to, aware of and available to assist patrons.

Pay Range

$9.00 to $11.25 per hour
