Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of Miami University’s compensation program.
Develop and direct strategic planning in the design, implementation of compensation programs for the university (e.g. classification structure, job evaluation process, market pricing, local/state/national survey participation, incentive programs and compensation processes).
Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of directly related experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. Experience with Microsoft Office products, and at a minimum intermediate excel skills (pivot tables, formula functions etc.)
Masters degree in a related field. PHR, SPHR, CCP or related Human Resources certification
