The position is responsible for the evaluation of all incoming transfer credits from regionally accredited institutions of higher education.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree plus 2 years of experience; or a bachelor’s degree; or any combination of education and experience totaling four years.
Knowledge of Transfer Credit best practices.
Knowledge of content and curriculum.
Skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database software such as Microsoft.
Skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Banner.
Skills in filing & records management.
Ability to be highly detailed in work related issues.
Ability to work independently on a multi-task level.
Ability to prioritize and follow-through to completion.
Ability to work with diversity of personalities.
Ability to solve problems creatively.
Ability to anticipate departmental and student needs.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to a diverse group or individuals.
