The Records System Generalist is responsible for troubleshooting and enhancing registration, degree audit, and other Records and Registration functions/processes as related to the student information system. The Records System Generalist will be responsible for testing upgrades to ensure accuracy and customer usability of Records and Registration functions including online services. The Records System Generalist is also responsible for providing customer service to students and members of the college community in all aspects of the registration process and assists in training staff on the use of certain student system modules. Finally, the Records System Generalist will assist in implementing all phases of the record retention process.
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of two years experience using a student information system required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Excellent oral and written communications skill
Ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff and the public
