Detailed Job Description

Provide career advising and career search support to dedicated population of business students.

Conducts strategic employer outreach resulting in face-to-face meetings and site visits with new, existing or inactive employers to develop/enhance recruiting relationships and to increase knowledge of relevant roles and career paths.

Creates and delivers innovative on and off campus career programming to support career education and employment for dedicated student cohort.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience Requirements)

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant career services, recruiting or corporate experience, preferably within the financial services or professional services sector or in a finance-related function.

Must hold and maintain a valid, unrestricted United States driver’s license, with an insurable driving history as determined by Bentley’s insurance carrier.

The ideal candidate will be very well informed about current business issues, business activity, business careers and employer expectations.

Comfort level interacting with employers and alumni. Commitment to working with undergraduate students. Able to interact with faculty and other leaders on campus as a peer. Effective communicator with superior presentation skills. Exceptional interpersonal and advising skills.Ideally the candidate has strong Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media knowledge and skill.

Must be a results-oriented individual and a team player. Able to work evenings and occasional weekends.
