  • Bachelor’s and/or Doctor of Chiropractic degree preferred, with a minimum of two years of recruiting/sales experience or Associate’s degree with a minimum of four years of recruiting/sales experience.
  • Requires experience with high-volume outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and managing of telephone, mail-in, walk-in, and internet-based leads. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand or sit up to eight (8) hours per day and lift twelve (12) pounds.

Job responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for guiding students starting from inquiry through evaluation and acceptance into Parker University
  • Responsible for developing, managing and meeting action plans in order to obtain personal and departmental enrollment objectives
  • Effectively communicate in person, in writing and over the phone with prospective students regarding the enrollment process
  • Actively promote all appropriate programs offered at Parker University to prospective students including science completion, bachelor degree completion, doctor of chiropractic and massage therapy
  • Responsible for knowing and adhering to the enrollment standards established by the Council on Chiropractic Education and the university
  • Remain current of CLEP programs
  • Maintain up-to-date information on any changes through the College Board
  • Develop a rapport with prospective students and maintain contact with them frequently
  • Use the customer relationship management system to document all communication with the prospective student
  • Remain current on knowledge of university degree offerings and programs as well as Academic and Financial Aid policy changes
    • Seek referrals from students, follow-up on leads, and set appointments
    • Complete interview process with each prospective student
    • Remain current on industry standards and trends by attending internal and external trainings
    • Evaluate activity monthly against standards and personal inquiry goals
    • Assist and participate in the planning of recruiting and enrollment events as needed
  • Provide monthly reports and statistical information on enrollment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
