The Assistant Dean, Business is an academic leadership management position reporting directly to the Divisional Dean, Business and works collaboratively with all areas of the college to facilitate student success. This position supervises adjunct faculty and support staff, as appropriate, at multiple locations and can be based out of either the New Richmond or Superior campuses.
*Facilitate the completion of student program outcomes and assessment of the programs in the Business Division.
*Oversee student evaluations of instruction within the Business Division every semester.
*With the Divisional Dean, collaborate with students, faculty, and other Deans to continually improve programming and learning processes.
*Oversee and manage the office and classroom staff within the Business Division.
*Create and manage course scheduling within all programs of study in the Business Division.
*Monitor faculty syllabi within WIDS and Blackboard.
*Manage grant projects as needed.
*Collaborate with staff and faculty to enhance the dual credit opportunities between the WITC Business Division, area high schools, and CESA.
*In conjunction with the Divisional Dean, develop internal relationships within WITC including, but not limited to Continuing Education, General Studies, Marketing, Scheduling, and other departments and divisions in the district.
*Participate in campus, regional, college-wide, and state teams and committees.
*Work closely with adjunct faculty in the Business Division.

1. Master’s degree* in Business, Business Administration, or other business-related area.
2. Two years (4,000 hours) occupational business experience outside of education.
3. Two years (full-time equivalency) teaching experience required.
4. Two years supervisory experience within the business or education fields preferred.
