The Title IX Investigator performs fact-gathering and investigative functions primarily related to sexual misconduct and harassment incidents for faculty, staff and students.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of related work experience.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Preferred Qualifications:

JD or Master's degree in social work, human resources management, or other related field. Experience working with sexual harassment and sexual misconduct cases at the college level. Based on Qualifications

A prior conviction reported as a result of the background investigation DOES NOT automatically disqualify a candidate from consideration for this position.
