Perform a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions administered by the department accountant. Responsible for processing accounts payables, invoices, vouchers and assist with collect, confirm and process timesheets.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation with a high school diploma or GED.


Knowledge of accounting and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and managing files and records.


Skills in the use of computers and computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, email, internet, and databases.

Skills in a variety of accounting and clerical duties with minimum supervision.

Math and detail-oriented skills.


Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing and follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.

Ability to interact well with others.

Must possess strong organizational skills.

Pay Range

$9.00 to $11.25 per hour
