Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor to teach undergraduate courses in the history of Early Modern Europe (1450-1750) for the academic year beginning August 22, 2016.
Teach full load of undergraduate courses, including a survey of Early-Modern European History and upper-level courses on the Renaissance, the Reformation, and themes in area of specialty.
PhD in History by date of appointment for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor; ABD in History for appointment as Instructor. Ability to teach a survey of Early-Modern European History and upper-level courses on the Renaissance, the Reformation, and themes in area of specialty. For this position, Miami University will not sponsor applicants for H-1B work status.
Ability to teach World History (1500-present) is desirable.
