This position is primarily responsible for recruiting new candidates both nationally and internationally for admission to the Graduate School. Extensive travel is required. Assists with special recruitment/conversion activities aimed at increasing prospective applicant interest and accepted student yields. Markets the Graduate School to external markets world wide.
Bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree in Business or Higher Education Administration or Student Personnel strongly preferred. Two to four years of admissions or related experience, with graduate level experience a plus. Must posses excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and implementation skills. Strong project management and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience evaluating transfer and international credentials a plus. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and an understanding of customer service in a fast paced environment.
Must hold and maintain a valid, unrestricted United States driver’s license, with an insurable driving history as determined by Bentley’s insurance carrier.
Possession and retention of a valid passport.
