Job Description:

Reporting to the Dean of Academic Support and College Pathway Programs, the Dual Enrollment Program Assistant--working collaboratively with the College Transition Program Assistant, the High School Partnerships Program Assistant, the South End Satellite Project Manager and the Dual Enrollment/Malden High School Satellite Coordinator--is responsible for the following activities in the Division:

  • Outreach/recruitment of students for Dual Enrollment
  • Conducting Dual Enrollment information and orientation sessions
  • Assisting with Dual Enrollment student registration
  • Working with high school and/or CBO partners to organize on-site Dual Enrollment/Early College courses
  • Working with Academic Deans and Department Chairs at Bunker Hill Community College to recruit faculty for on-site Dual Enrollment courses
  • Facilitating Accuplacer/College Placement testing of potential Dual Enrollment students
  • Assisting in mentoring and advising of Dual Enrollment students
  • Assist with the management of operations at community partner/satellite sites, including student advising, registration, community outreach and space management/scheduling


  • Bachelor's degree and three years related experience
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population
  • Experience working in high school, non-profit community based organization and community college setting preferred
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal background check which could include Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) and/or a Sex Offender Registry Information (SORI)
