Duties & Responsibilities

This position will report to the Director of Institutional Research and will provide technical and analytical support to administration, schools, faculty and staff. The individual will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive review programs for college and grant supported initiatives; plan, organize, and participate in analytical studies; prepares both ad-hoc and mandatory reports; provides technical support to faculty and staff; works with sensitive and confidential student, personnel and institutional data in a professional and ethical manner. Responds to data requests from internal and external agencies. Duties also include, but are not limited to, developing data and web-based information systems to support improved delivery of services for students including student retention and success; developing and administering surveys; and management of reporting systems.


A Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities as listed is required. The successful candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills; the ability to coordinate multiple projects; verify accuracy and interpret data; and maintain cooperative working relationships. The successful candidate will have a high energy level along with a strong commitment to the community college philosophy. Candidate should value diversity and have a multi-cultural perspective with adult/minority students, colleagues and co-workers.
