The Director of Campus Admissions and Enrollment Services is responsible for the development, and growth of effective admissions, recruitment, and enrollment services strategies and tactics for undergraduate, graduate, and international student populations at the WSU Tri-Cities campus. Coordinate with system-wide admissions and recruitment personnel.The Director is responsible for the management and planning of departmental resources and activities; monitoring and preparation of the department budget; and the development and supervision of departmental personnel and programs.
The Director is a member of the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Services leadership team, reports to the Vice Chancellor of EMSS, and provides leadership and management of the Admissions and campus Registrar teams with attention to being responsive, innovative, results driven.
Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of professional work experience in a relevant field, which included at least three (3) years of managerial experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Education and professional experience may be tailored to fit the specific organizational entity/directorial assignment.
A Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
Fiscal management experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft Student
Administration, CollegeNET, advanced data processing and management systems.
Strong writing skills as indicated in the letter of interest and resume.
Prior higher education recruitment experience.
